In a significant step towards digital transformation in public administration, the Presidency of Defence Industries (SSB) has selected HAVELSAN’s KOVAN Next-Generation Business Management System to modernize and streamline its human resources operations.
As part of the project, the following KOVAN modules will be deployed:
- Organization Management
- Personnel Management
- Time and Leave Management
- Payroll and Compensation Management
These modules will enable Presidency of Defence Industries to manage its HR processes in a fully integrated and efficient manner. With its user-friendly interface and full compliance with public sector regulations, KOVAN delivers customized solutions tailored to institutional needs, ensuring a sustainable digital transformation.
KOVAN aims to consolidate internal business processes into a single, coherent system offering reliability, ease of use, and traceability. The system will ensure that mission-critical data is stored securely under a fully national, local, and proprietary infrastructure.
Additionally, the implementation of KOVAN through agile methodologies will accelerate Presidency of Defence Industries’ transformation journey and facilitate rapid adaptation. This will support effective governance of Presidency of Defence Industries’ highly skilled workforce and help establish a strategic talent management architecture aligned with the vision of the National Competency Initiative.
